<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by

<br />Gary D. Rosacker and Linda D. Rosacker, Husband and Wife

<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA TION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated December
<br />18, 2003, and recorded December 24, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200316386, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
