<br />For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Alberta M. Stange and Barry A. Stange, Husband and Wife, Trustors to First State Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of the Beneficiary, dated July 14, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200606251 on July 14, 2006, and re-recorded on July 31,2006 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200606779 on July 31, 2006 has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. In accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />The West half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2 NE1/4) and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2 NW1/4)
<br />all in Section Thirty-Four (34), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract conveyed to Alberta Stange more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 200112278.
