<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />_______ WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made by
<br />and between Bridget A. Harrington, a married person, as
<br />Trustor/Borrower; Chris A. Johnson, an attorney with the law firm of
<br />Conway, Pauley & Johnson, P.C., as Trustee; and Bernadine J. Hughes,
<br />a married person, as Beneficiary, and dated and filed January 19,
<br />2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200100519, has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested that all the property
<br />held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by the Trustee
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate:

<br />feet (E40')*of Wolfe's Subdivision to the City of Grand
