<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JOHN P BELL~ AND BONNIE S BELLAMY, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Citizens Bank, Loup City, NE, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Citizens Bank, Loup City, NE Beneficiary, dated 01/29/2004 and
<br />recorded on 02/02/2004 and recorded in Book XXXXXX at Page
<br />XXXXXXXXX /as Instrument No. 0200400979 of the record of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through
<br />said Deed of Trust in the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-201) :
