<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 21, 2001, executed by Pedcor Investments, a
<br />Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #0200109785 in the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 2ih day of September, 2001
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1) in Pedcor Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, which was previously known at Lot Four (4) and part of Lot Five (5) in Pedcor Subdivision, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 21, 2001, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200109785 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 2ih day of September, 2001,
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 20th day of September, 2006.
