<br />I, Ronald R. Rockwell, being fully duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says;

<br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is
<br />now retired from the firm of Rockwell And Associates, Engineering &
<br />Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />2. Affiant further states that on March 25, 1998, he completed a survey of
<br />South Lawn Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and that
<br />the original plat of said subdivision is now recorded at the Register of
<br />Deeds Office in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re-examined the plat of
<br />South Lawn Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and has
<br />discovered an error in the Legal Description on said original plat.

<br />Affiant further states that in the first line of the Legal Description
<br />(Block 1) should read A tract of land compising a part of Block Three
<br />(3), Giese's South Lawn Addition, in the, in lieu of A Tract of land
<br />comprising a part of Lot Three (3), Giese's South Lawn Addition, in the
<br />And
<br />in the second line of the Legal Description (Block 2) should read (1),
<br />Dawn Addition and part of Block One (1), Giese's South Lawn Addition, all
<br />in the City of, in lieu of (1), Dawn Addition and a part of Lot One (1),
<br />Giese's South Lawn Addition, all in the City of as shown on said original
<br />plat.
