<br />I, Ronald R. Rockwell, being fully duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says;

<br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is
<br />now retired from the firm of Rockwell And Associates, Engineering &
<br />Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />2. Affiant further states that on October 30, 1998, he completed a survey of
<br />South Lawn Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br />that the original plat of said sulXlivision is now recorded at the
<br />Register of Deeds Office in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re-examined the plat of
<br />South Lawn Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and
<br />has discovered an error in the Legal Description on said original plat.
<br />
<br />4. Affiant further states that in the first line of the Legal Description it
<br />should read A tract of land comprising a part of Block Three (3), Giese's
<br />South Lawn Addition and a part of Lots in lieu of A tract of land
<br />compr~s~ng a part of Lot Three (3), Giese's South Lawn Addition and part
<br />of Lots as shown on said original plat.
