<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />MAY 22.2003 and recorded MAY 22. 2003 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #0200306467 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
