Yost and Patricia L. Yost, husband and wife, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 23, <br />2004 as Instrument No. 0200411400, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />THE WESTERLY FIFTY FIVE (55) FEET OF THE NORTHERLY NINETY TWO <br />(92) FEET AND THE SOUTHERLY FIFTY (50) FEET OF THE WESTERLY THIRTY <br />FIVE (35) FEET OF LOT TWO (2) AND THE EASTERLY FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF <br />LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK SIX (6), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF DONIPHAN, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee <br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfY said <br />indebtedness. <br /> <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notifY the undersigned in writing that you dispute <br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
