<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 2, 2004 executed by Donald Todd Butler and Janelle L
<br />Butler, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the

<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200400308, on the 12th day of January, 2004, ~\

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />LOT SEVEN (7) AND THE WEST HALF (W1/2) OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK SIX (6),
<br />FIRST ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such reqLiest and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
