<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 15TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2006, among the Trustor, BRIAN
<br />J KOKES AND TRICIA K KOKES (herein "Borrower"), OLD REPUBLIC NATIONAL TITLE INS.
<br />(herein "Trustee"), and the Beneficiary, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (herein
<br />"MERS"). MERS is a separate corporation that is acting solely as a nominee for Lender and Lender's
