Such special tax shall be due and payable to the City thirty (30) <br />days after such levy and shall become delinquent fifty (50) days after such levy. After the same <br />shall become delinquent, interest at the rate of 14 percent (14 %) per annum shall be paid thereon. <br />The same shall be collected in the same manner as other city taxes. <br />SECTION 3.
