<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Russel A Canfield and Jill A Canfield, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated the 16th day of May 2005, and recorded on the 25th day of May 2005, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as instrument no. 0200504698, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001 ):

<br />FRACTIONAL LOT FOUR (4) AND THE WEST ONE HALF (W1/2) OF
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK TWENTY ONE (21), IN
<br />KERNOHAN AND DECKER'S ADDITION AND ITS COMPLEMENT, TO WIT:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT FOUR (4) AND THE WEST HALF (W1/2) OF FRACTIONAL LOT
<br />THREE (3), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SEVEN (7), IN CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
