That this Notice of Default pertains to a Deed of Trust filed on the 11th <br />day of April, 2002 in the Register of Deeds Office in and for Hall County, State of <br />Nebraska under Document Number 200203914; <br /> <br />2. That the trust property affected by this Notice of Default and as identified <br />in said Deed of Trust is the following: <br /> <br />Easterly Twenty-Seven Feet (27') of Lot Three (3) in Block One Hundred <br />Thirty-Six (136) ofVnion Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />also known as 109 East 9th Street, Grand Island NE 68801; <br /> <br />3. That the parties to said Deed of Trust are as follows: Sam Grimminger, <br />Trustee; Dixie Montelongo and Angel Montelongo, Trusters; Philip Kraft Jr., <br />Beneficiary . <br /> <br />4. That a breach of an obligation under said Deed of Trust, and <br />accompanying Promissory Note has occurred.
