<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Deed recorded in Book 37, Page 137, and excepting a tract
<br />of land more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 69, Page
<br />673, and excepting a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 99-108980.
