<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 14, 2003 executed by James C Augustine, not
<br />personally but as Trustee on behalf of James C Augustine Revocable Living Trust dated
<br />October 26, 2000; and Nancy K Augustine, not personally but as Trustee on behalf of Nancy
<br />K Augustine Revocable Living Trust Dated February 22, 1999, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #200303235, on the
<br />20th day of March, 2003, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />LOT ONE (1), FRITZ SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
