<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by THOMAS
<br />FEHR AND VELMA R. FEHR, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TICOR TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY, Trustee for the benefit of BRENT L. STEHLIK AND JANICE M. STEHLIK
<br />the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 1, 2002 and recorded JULY 1, 2002 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as DOCUMENT NO. 200206963 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
