<br />sinale person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal SavinQs Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated September 29, 1999, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 0099109596 and Beneficia/Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
