Guzinski, Justine C. Guzinski, Lincoln Title Company, aIkIa Lincoln Title <br />Company, L.L.c., Trustee, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, as the <br />defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a <br />deed of trust given by said Douglas E. Guzinski and Justine C.
