<br />'1'1 {AT, WI"-JI~:REAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Maurice L. Grudzinski, an unmarried individual and Deborah R.
<br />Wilson, an unmarried individual as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
