<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by CAMS Investments LLC, A Limited Liability Company, as Trustor
<br />to Heritage Bank, Doniphan, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of 5-10-2005
<br />and recorded 5-13-2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200504335 has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.

<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:

<br />Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all buildings,
<br />fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land, shall remain subject to the
<br />Deed of Trust.
