Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, <br />and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Phyllis J. Codner, <br />Trustee of the Phyllis J. Codner Revocable Trust, is Beneficiary, <br />and Gale L. Hill and Sandra M. Hill, husband and wife, are Trustors <br />and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law is Trustee; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 30, 2000, and <br />identified as Document No. 0200005379, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1: The East Eighty (80) Feet of Lot Fifteen (15), <br />Block One (1), College Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: Lots Eleven (11), Thirteen (13) and the West <br />Seventy-three (73) Feet of Lot Fifteen (15), all in Block One <br />(1), College Addition to West Lawn, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or apper~g. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RONALD S.
