<br />2003 AND AUGUST 30, 2006, pursuant to power therein, GRANTOR, for and in consideration
<br />ofTEN AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($10.00), received from GRANTEE, JOAN W. DAVIS,
<br />TRUSTEE OF THE JOAN W. DAVIS REVOCABLE TRUST PURSUANT TO THE SECOND
<br />AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF DECLARA nON OF TRUST OF JOAN W.
<br />DAVIS DATED APRIL 14, 2003 AS AMENDED AUGUST 30, 2006, and as subsequently
<br />amended, conveys to GRANTEE the following-described real estate as defined in NEB. REV.
<br />STAT. 976-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Three (3) in Kay-Dee Subdivision, a subdivision in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, located upon a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SWl/4SW1I4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M., according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof,
<br />
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
<br />
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the
<br />GRANTOR.
