REV. <br />STAT. 976-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Three (3) in Kay-Dee Subdivision, a subdivision in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, located upon a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SWl/4SW1I4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M., according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, <br /> <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br /> <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br /> <br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances; <br /> <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br /> <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the <br />GRANTOR. <br /> <br />Executed this J llil- day of September, 2006. <br /> <br />JOAN W.
