Davis, Trustee ofthe trust known as the Joan W. Davis Revocable Trust administered pursuant to that certain Second Amendment and Restatement of Declaration of Trust of Joan W. Davis dated April 14, 2003, as amended August 30,2006 hereby certifies, pursuant to Section 30-38,103 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, as follows: (1) The undersigned as Settlor, created the Joan W. Davis Revocable Trust upon the execution of that certain Declaration of Trust dated November 21, 1975 (the "Original Declaration of Trust") wherein the Settlor designated James M. Davis and First National Bank of Grand Island as Co-Trustees; (2) The undersigned as Settlor amended the Original Declaration of Trust by Amendments dated February 16, 1982 and August 11, 1993; (3) The undersigned as Settlor executed a certain Amendment and Restatement of Declaration of Trust of Joan W. Davis dated March 12,1996 (the "First Amendment and Restatement of Trust") amending and completely restating the Original Declaration of Trust; (4) The undersigned as Settlor executed Amendments dated January 9, 1997 and February 19, 1998 modifying and amending the First Amendment and Restatement of Trust; (5) Trustee James M. Davis died on February 11,2000 and under date of August 23, 2000, the undersigned as Settlor executed an additional Amendment to the First Amendment and Restatement of Trust acknowledging the death of Trustee James M. Davis, removing Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A. (formerly First National Bank of Grand Island and formerly Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A.) as the corporate Trustee of said Trust and designating herself as the sole Trustee of said Joan W. Davis Revocable Trust; (6) The undersigned as Settlor executed the Second Amendment and Restatement of Declaration of Trust of Joan W.
