Grudzinski, a single person, herein caliecC 6 <br />the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from grantees, <br />do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kenneth L. Hoffman and Joyce M.
