CONSENT, CONFIRMATION AND RATIFICATION of the Platting and Subdividing and Dedication <br />of SCHAAF'S SIXTH, SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, being a tract of land comprising all of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Schaaf s Fourth <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />NOW COMES Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, who is the successor in title to certain <br />property located in a part of Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) west of the 6th P.M., in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Ala,cla <br />has been surveyed, subdivided, platted and dedicated as "SCHAAF'S SIXTH Subdivision ", and do <br />hereby freely and voluntarily consent to, confirm and ratify in all respects to the platting and dedicating <br />of said Subdivision consenting to the dedication of streets and easements as shown on said plat and by <br />these presents does hereby join in the platting and subdividing of "SCHAAF'S SIXTH Subdivision ", in <br />the city of Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska, the Plat of which has heretofore been recorded as <br />Document # 200312377 of the Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall.
