BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That a portion of an existing sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on October 10, 1979 as Document No. 79-006977, and through a part of Lot One (1), part of Lot Two (2), and part of Lot Three (3), each of Grand Island School Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, is hereby vacated.
