<br />The undersigned, Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of l' rust dated February 7,2005, wherein James A Martinez, a Single Person is the Trustor,
<br />which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />February 8,2005, as Instrument No. 200501108 as modified by Modifications of Deed of l' rust
<br />dated AUh'Ust 31, 2005, filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on September 1, 2005, as Instrument No. 200508630 and on September 19, 2005, as
<br />Instrument No. 200509287 which, after the Partial Release of Deed and Reconveyance filed of
<br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 1,2005, as
<br />Instrument No. 200508632, yet contains as trust property, the following-described real estate:

<br />Parcel] : Lot 2, Toukan Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors tor the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.

<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations ofthat certain Note dated February 7,2005
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST
<br />COMPANY, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
