<br />The undersigned, Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Trustee under a certain &<00
<br />Deed of Trust dated August 31, 2005, wherein James A. Martinez, a Single Person is the Trustor,
<br />which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />September 1, 2005, as Instrument No. 200508631 and contains as trust property, the following-
<br />described real estate:

<br />Parcell: Lot 8, Block 3, Spaulding and Greggs Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />Parcel 2: The East 60 feet of Lot 1, Block 3, Spaulding and Greggs Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.

<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated August 31, 2005,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, PLATTE V ALLEY STATE BAN K & TRUST
<br />COMPANY, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
