<br />The undersigned, Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated December 15, 2005, wherein Lydia Jean Martinez, a Single Person is the
<br />Trustor. which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on December 27,2005, as Instrument No. 200512591 and contains as trust property,
<br />the following-described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1), in Block Four (4), in Pleasant View Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated December 15,2005,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST
<br />COMP ANY, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
