<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESI~NTS:

<br />'IHA'f, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed ofTmst, hereinafter called the
<br />Tmst Deed, executed by Mark Dorsey and Roni Dorsey, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 3rd day of February, 2006 and recorded on
<br />the 6th day of February, 2006, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument #0200601052, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
