<br />TIL\T, WI IEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"I'rust Deed, executed by Sheila K. Axford, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 4th day of April, 2006 and recorded on the 7th day of April,
<br />2006, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #0200603049, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
