<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed ofTmst, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Gary E. Valasek and Mary G. Valasek, as Trustor, to Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 15th day of March, 2005 and recorded on the
<br />18th day of March, 2005, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />#0200502323, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executeu and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Tmst Deed, the undersigneu, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
