<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Chad L. Scheer and Tanya M. Scheer, husband
<br />and wife, joint tenants, as Trustors, executed a Deed of Trust dated April 24, 2006, in favor of Dennis L.
<br />Hardt, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, and said Deed of Trust was given to secure an indebtedness in favor
<br />of Flagstar Bank, N.A., as Beneficiary, and said Deed of Trust was recorded on May 1,2006, in the
<br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200603785, and whereas,
<br />the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust has been paid in full, therefore, the undersigned, Substitute
<br />Trustee, at the specific instructions of the Beneficiary, does hereby grant, remise, release and re-convey to
<br />the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to it, by or through said
