<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE. as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known as,
<br />EQUITABLB- FEDFRAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. AhIschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated April 9. 2004, and
<br />recorded ApriJ 19. 2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Halt County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 9200403848 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by TOBY S MOHLER AND STEPHANIE MOHLER. liUSBAND AND WIFE, as
<br />trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE
<br />BANK, formerly Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, formerly known as
<br />The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebra'1ka., A Federal Saving'1 Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitahle Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary,
<br />dated April 9. 2094, and recorded in the office of the Register of Df"~ds of H'!ll County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 0200403~48, has been paid, and the Beneficiary hilS
<br />requested in writing that thL Decd of Reconvevance be executed and delivered 8S
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.
