<br />SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH
<br />(6) P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note (bond) dated August 30, 2006, in the amount of $60,000.00 and a
<br />Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above-described premises and securing payment of said note
