<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 2,2006 executed by Toby L Comer and Katie R Comer, s: 50
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />recorded as Document #200601874, on the 3rd day of March, 2006, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW1/4NW1/4)
<br />AND LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), LYING SOUTH OF INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 80,
<br />ALL IN SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (11),
<br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN
<br />TRACT DEEDED TO THE STATE OF NEBRASKA RECORDED IN BOOK 136,
<br />PAGE 541; EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE STATE OF
<br />NEBRASKA RECORDED IN BOOK 137, PAGE 317, AND EXCEPTING A CERTAIN
<br />TRACT DEEDED TO LARRY D. WOITASZEWSKI RECORDED AS DOCUMENT

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
