<br />2006079-67 <br /> <br />13. Each party shall have quieted in them all items of personal property in their <br />respective possessions. That each party shall have quieted in them any and all <br />checking and/or savings accounts in their own names. <br />14. Both parties shall carry health insurance for the minor child so long as same is <br />available through their respective employers. <br />15. Plaintiff shall claim the minor child as an exemption for State and Federal income <br />tax purposes every year. <br />16. Plaintiff shall be solely responsible for the following marital debts: Grand Island <br />Clinic, in the approximate amount of $1,200.00. Defendant shall be solely <br />responsible for the following marital debts: IRS, 2002 Federal Tax, in the <br />approximate amount of $1,555.55; and Grand Island Clinic, in the approximate <br />amount of $500.00. <br />17. That each party shall be responsible for payment of all debts incurred in their <br />respective names since their separation date of February 1, 2005. <br />18. Plaintiff maiden name of Belkin Janneth Gonzalez-Gonzalez is hereby restored <br />19. That Plaintiff and Defendant shall be responsible for payment of their respective <br />attorney's fee in this matter. <br />20. That Plaintiff waives a complete record in this matter and the Clerk of the Court is <br />ordered to refund to the Plaintiff the costs advanced for the complete record. <br />21. Except for purposes of appeal, remarriage or continuation of health insurance <br />coverage as prescribed herein, this Decree of Dissolution becomes final and operative <br />thirty (30) days from the date this Decree is filed with the Court or on the death of <br />one ofthe parties to this action, whichever occurs first. Ifthis Decree becomes final <br />and operative upon the date of death of one of the parties to this action, this Decree <br />shall be treated as if it became final and operative the date it was rendered. <br />22. For purposes of remarriage and continuation of health insurance, this Decree <br />becomes final and operative six (6) months after this Decree is rendered or on the <br /> <br />3 <br />
