Livingston, District Judge. Plaintiff was personally present and represented by Dorothy D. <br />Benton, Attomey at Law. Defendant was / was not personally present. Plaintiffs testimony was <br />taken and entered, whereupon Plaintiff rested. Evidence was adduced. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the file and the premises, does hereby FIND AND ORDER <br />as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. That Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage on May 6,2005. That <br />Defendant signed a Voluntary Appearance on May 31,2005. <br />3. The parties were married on December 10, 1993 in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. That there was one (1) child bom the issue of the parties, namely: Manuel <br />R. Medina, bom September 4, 1993. Said child was adopted by the Defendant on <br />March 23, 1995. <br />4.
