Wilson, 224 Neb. 589, 399 N W2d 802 (1987)] <br /> <br />WEEKEND VISITATION: <br /> <br />The 1 st and 3rd weekend of every month from Friday at 6:00 p.m. through Sunday at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />... The non-custodial parent shall pick up the child fTom the custodial parent's home at <br />the commencement of each weekend visitation and return the child to the custodial <br />parent's home at the conclusion of each weekend visitation. <br /> <br />HOLIDAY VISITATION: <br /> <br />MOTHER RECEIVES: <br /> <br />Even-Numbered Years= Even-Numbered Holidays <br />Odd-Numbered Years = Odd-Numbered Holidays <br />Mother's Day Every Year <br /> <br />FATHER RECEIVES: <br /> <br />Even-Numbered Years = Odd-Numbered Holidays <br />Odd-Numbered Years = Even-Numbered Holidays <br />Father's Day Every Year <br /> <br />ODD-NUMBERED HOLIDAYS: <br /> <br />(1) EASTER. The Easter holiday will include that period oftime during which the child <br />is excused from school for the Easter holiday, including Easter Sunday, and shall <br />commence at 6:00 p.m. on the day the child is released from school and end at 7:00 <br />p.m. on the day before the child returns to school. <br /> <br />(3) FOURTH OF JULY. The Fourth of July shall include only the day on which <br />Independence Day is nationally recognized and shall commence at 8 :30 a.m. on July <br />4th and conclude at 9:00 a.m. on July 5th. <br /> <br />(5) THANKSGIVING. This holiday shall be defined as that period oftime during which <br />the child is excused from school for the Thanksgiving holiday, including <br />Thanksgiving, and shall commence at 6:00 p.m. on the day the child is released from <br />school and conclude at 7:00 p.m. on the day before the child returns to school. <br /> <br />(7) NEW YEAR'S DAY. The New Year's Day holiday shall commence at 12:00 p.m. <br />on December 31 st and conclude at 7:00 p.m. on the day before the child returns to <br />school. <br />
