<br />Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable consideration received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto MARK DORSEY AND RONI DORSEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br />A JOINT TENANTS AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON, GRANTEE, the following
<br />described real property:

<br />North Eighty Nine (89) feet of the West Forty Five (45) feet of Lot Four
<br />(4), Block Twenty One (21), Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the
<br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said
<br />Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.

<br />To have and to hold the above-described real property and all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantor hereby covenants
<br />that the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of
