<br />JOYCE HAKE INVESTMENTS, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized and
<br />existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of TWO
<br />HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NOll 00 DOLLARS
<br />($242,500.00) received from GRANTEE, R. BRUCE KOEFOOT, JR., conveys to GRANTEE,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV STAT. Section 76-201) situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
