Income tax exemptions for the mi nor ch i 1 d may be <br /> <br /> <br />claimed by the Respondent for Federal and state income tax returns <br /> <br /> <br />for years subsequent to January 1, 1990, so long as he is current <br /> <br /> <br />\I~ i th ,-espect to the ch i 1 d support and ch i 1 d care ob -, i gat ions <br /> <br /> <br />imposed herein. The Respondent and Petitioner shall for the tax <br /> <br /> <br />year 1989 file a joint return and each party shall be entitled to <br /> <br /> <br />one-half of any refunds obtained either on the Federal or State <br /> <br /> <br />income tax return. They shall divide equally any refunds for any <br /> <br /> <br />prev i ous yeal-s that have not been rece i ved. Any de 1 i nquency on <br /> <br /> <br />income tax, either the State or Federal, shall be borne equally <br /> <br /> <br />by the parties hereto for any years prior to 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />iv: That in addition to the child support above set forth <br /> <br /> <br />the Respondent herein shall maintain health insurance, including <br /> <br /> <br />medical insurance and, if available, dental insurance, through his <br /> <br /> <br />employer. The Court finds that the child is dependent upon him for <br /> <br /> <br />certain portions of its care and subsistence, and that under the <br /> <br /> <br />provisions of his employer's contract, the minor child should be <br /> <br /> <br />consi dared dependent upon the Respondent for that care. Such <br /> <br /> <br />insurance coverage shall be provided until such time as the child <br /> <br /> <br />attains the age of 19 years, becomes self-supporting~ emancipated <br /> <br />or married before the age of majority. <br /> <br /> <br />4~ PR9PERTY <br /> <br /> <br />i. The Court finds as a matter of fact that the parties <br /> <br /> <br />wel~e married on January 8,1966, in Grand Island, Hall County, <br /> <br /> <br />Nebraska; that besides the minor child of the parties, one son was <br /> <br /> <br />no longer a minor, is attending college, and though not residing <br /> <br />:1 <br />
