<br />200607824 <br /> <br />Court orders that any loans presently existing for any automobiles <br /> <br />shall be paid by the Respondent. <br /> <br />The Court orders in regard to the balance of the bills <br /> <br />as reflected in the evidence, the Petitioner, in addition to any <br /> <br />tax liens on the residence, shall pay the following bills: <br /> <br />Northwest Public Service Company, for the water <br />and gas used under the budget plan, which the <br />evidence shows is in the amount of $369.74 <br />St. Francis Medical Center - $47.70 <br />G.1. Radiology - $20 <br />G.I. Clinic - $23 <br />City of Grand Island Utilities - $116.40 <br />Any amounts due Janet Larsen, which evidence <br />reflects $242.90 <br />Amounts for furnace repair - $216 <br />Loan of Dee Steele - $1,960 <br /> <br />The Court finds that court costs herein shall be paid by <br /> <br />the Respondent, and that $500 is awarded to the Petitioner to apply <br /> <br />to her attorney fees. <br /> <br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: <br /> <br />(1) That each party shall within 30 days of the entry' <br /> <br />of this decree execute any necessary documents to transfer title <br /> <br />of vehicles or real estate therein involved, including bank <br /> <br />accounts. <br /> <br />{ r, \ <br />c..
