<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed November
<br />2,2005, by MANUAL CAYAX and DOMINGO PASCUAL, each a single person, Trustors, in which
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., was named as Beneficiary and U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION as Trustee, and which was filed for record on
<br />November 3,2005, as Instrument No. 2005-10924 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS, INC., to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated July 31,2006, and filed for record
<br />on August 3, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006.06908 the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST
<br />COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue ofa Substitution of Trustee filed forrecord in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as

<br />Said default under the terms ofthe Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue ofthe non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust with a total current amount due and owing of$1 0,248.34. In addition,
<br />Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated
<br />with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute ~ 76-1012.

<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
