<br />THAT WHEREAS, for good and valuable consideration received upon the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Kevin Ray Miller, a single person to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated March 30, 2005, and recorded April 12, 2005 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument Number 0200503201, said
<br />Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, for such consideration and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />persons entitled thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to said premises:

<br />property securing such indebtedness nor a reconveyance of this Deed of Trust as to any other property
<br />described therein,
