<br />Island. NE 68803 , as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Trustee, and recorded on September 2~L-2005_, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 0200509531 , has been paid on
<br />Aue:ust 23. 2006 .

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable Bank,
<br />formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate
<br />and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described
<br />therein, located in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
