That Leona A. Gebers, also known as Leona Ann Gebers, died on September 12,2004 <br />a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. As a result of death, the undersigned affiant <br />became the sole owner of the above-described real estate. No inheritance or estate tax became <br />due and payable as a result of the death of Leona A.
