<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRl,:SENTS:

<br />THAT', WHERE;\S all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />'frust Deed, executed by T.e. Enck Builders, Inc. as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the Is1 day of November 2005, and recorded on the 2nd day of November
<br />2005, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.0200510877, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, TH ERl~H)RE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
