<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200503282 wherein Stanley R. Lahm and
<br />Tiffany L. Lahm, husband and wife are named Trustorsj and Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named Beneficiary j and
<br />Ticor Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expyessed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $97,250.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereofj that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
<br />Inc. to HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., by an Assignment dated May
<br />25, 2006 and recorded on May 31, 2006 as Instrument No. 200604835
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That by Substitution of Trustee dated May 23, 2006, made by HSBC
<br />Mortgage Services, Ine., Grantor was substituted as Trustee in
